The herpes is an infection that is due to a type of virus and causes small, painful wounds like blisters. Once there is an infection,
the wound has disappeared, but the virus remains “sleeping” in the neural tissue of the face and appears from time to time.
This type of infection spreads through intimate or close personal contact with an infected person (by kissing or shaking hands with someone infected and then touching your lips) or by sharing items that come in contact with the virus: towels, cutlery.
Symptoms
First, you may feel itching of the lips and skin around your mouth, then burning or numbness in the same area, and sometimes sore throat, fever, swollen glands or painful swallowing.
Then appears a bubble, such as a rash on the lips, mouth and sometimes on the gums or throat.
If the bubbles are several next to each other, this is called the “hearth.” It “smells” before it breaks into painful wounds.
Treatment
Symptoms can disappear on their own without applying anything for one to two weeks, but you can help your body eliminate this infection with the natural disinfectant, garlic.
1. Wash a clove of garlic well, peel it and crush.
2. Apply garlic onto a cotton ball and then put cotton on the wound
3. Allow to stand for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
If the herpes is large, you can repeat the procedure several times.
Tip: You can add a little bit of propolis to the garlic slurry – this bee product has anti-inflammatory action.
Important: Before you try this recipe, consult your doctor, especially if you are allergic to any component!
